Volunteer
Kids Hub Child Advocacy Center (CAC) greatly values community involvement, though we operate under strict confidentiality requirements due to the sensitive nature of the services we provide to children and families. As a result, volunteers are not able to participate in the direct, day-to-day services of the CAC.
However, there are still many meaningful ways for individuals and groups to support our mission.
-
Community Events
Volunteers may be contacted to assist with public events where community engagement is encouraged and confidentiality is not a concern.
-
Donation Drives
We love partnering with local businesses, churches, schools, and other organizations to host donation drives. Items most needed include snacks, hygiene products, and handmade friendship bracelets, which offer comfort and support to the children we serve.
-
Awareness Campaigns
Each April, in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month, we collaborate with groups to help raise awareness through various campaigns and activities.
-
Fundraising Support
Volunteers are welcome to help with our fundraising events, where community presence and support play a vital role in our continued success.
-
Volunteer Days
We occasionally host special volunteer days that involve a range of tasks—from organizing supplies to beautifying our facilities—giving volunteers a hands-on opportunity to make a difference.
