This training defines child abuse for audience members while also exploring the trauma that child abuse victims and their families often face and how that trauma affects them. Audience members will also be provided with information regarding mandated reporting in the state of Mississippi.

FORECAST provides participants with a hands-on learning experience by allowing participants to play the roles of law enforcement, CPS, child victim, abuser, non-offending caregiver, etc. with cases worked by child abuse professionals across the United States.

This interactive program teaches children ages 4 to 8 about body safety, personal boundaries, trusted adults, and what to do if something does not feel right. Through age appropriate activities and Rex the Lion, children learn the four ROAR rules: Remember Privates Are Private, Okay to Say No, Always Talk About Secrets, and Raise Your Voice and Tell Someone.

This training helps parents, caregivers, and professionals better understand the online risks children face and how technology can impact their physical, mental, and emotional well being. Participants will learn about social media, apps, gaming, AI, online safety concerns, and practical ways to create healthy digital boundaries and safer technology habits for children and teens.

This informative presentation provides audience members with a better understanding of Kids Hub CAC's history and purpose, while also providing an explanation of services provided to child abuse victims and their non-offending caregivers.
